Massimiliano Allegri has played down links to Lazio and says he has yet to decide where his future in coaching lies.
The tactician has been out of work since leaving Milan in January and has been suggested as one of Claudio Lotito’s options to come in at Lazio, should Edy Reja leave.
However, in talking on the matter, the 46-year-old has certified that he is only focused on the present and has yet to determine where his future will be.
“The link to Lazio? I have not made any decisions and I have not spoken to anyone,” Allegri has told Sky Sport 24 this week.
“For my future there will is time to consider what will be best for me. I am living in the present and following the World Cup as an ordinary person.
“An experience abroad? The world has globalised and I will have to evaluate this possibility. I will assess and decide.”
