Juventus have reportedly made a formal €12m offer to Real Madrid for Alvaro Morata.
The Bianconeri have long been linked with Morata, who is struggling for regular playing time at the Bernabeu.
According to Sky Sport Italia, Juve have sent an official message to Real Madrid containing a proposal worth €12m.
However, other reports suggest Wolfsburg have already put forward their own €20m bid for the 21-year-old striker.
Meanwhile, Juve formally announced a series of deals with regards to their co-ownerships around Italy.
Edoardo Goldaniga (Palermo), Eric Lanini (Palermo) and Francesco Anacoura (Parma) renewed co-ownership agreements for another year.
Gabriele Moncini has been sold to Cesena and Filippo Boniperti to Parma.
Juventus have bought out the remaining 50 per cent of Stefano Pellizzari from Cesena and Alberto Gallinetta from Parma.
