Milan have confirmed that they have picked up Ricky Saponara from Parma, resolving his co-ownership status.
The two clubs were in talks today ahead of this evening’s deadline for all Italian clubs to determine 50-50 shares on players or risk going to blind auction.
Attacking midfielder Saponara has been confirmed now by the Rossoneri as moving to them in full ownership, for a deal worth a reported €1m.
“Ricky Saponara has been bought outright from Parma FC,” Milan have confirmed in a brief statement today.
The Diavolo have so far picked up full ownership of Saponara, Andrea Poli and Stefano Gori, whilst Alberto Paloschi heads the list of those to have had their status resolved in favour of other clubs.
