The France international spent the second half of last season on loan at San Siro from the Mestalla, and was quickly established as part of the Rossoneri’s starting XI.
As such, the club are keen to sign the centre back on a permanent basis – something that may happen soon.
“We have meeting about Rami scheduled for next week in Valencia,” he told reporters.
“We only have to wait for Valencia to sort out their situation and then we can close the deal for Rami.”
