Sky report this evening that Milan would turn their attention to signing Ezequiel Lavezzi, should they fail to land Juan Iturbe.
Rossoneri CEO Adriano Galliani is said to have held talks with Iturbe’s representatives late this afternoon, but the San Siro giants know they face stiff competition from Roma and especially Juventus to secure the 21-year-old’s signature.
Should they be unable to sign their number one target from Verona, an alternative being mentioned is Iturbe’s fellow Argentine Lavezzi.
The forward, who spent five years at Napoli between 2007 and 2012, is said to be seeking clarification on his role at current club Paris Saint Germain.
