Fiorentina have reportedly told Roma they must hand over Alessandro Florenzi if they want Juan Guillermo Cuadrado.
The Colombian’s price-tag has soared over the past year thanks to his performances in Serie A, the Europa League and the World Cup.
He is wanted by the likes of Manchester United – who reportedly offered €40m this week – Bayern Munich, Barcelona and Juventus.
In Italy it’s widely reported that Roma are the favourites, but according to the Corriere dello Sport they will have to part with a key player to make this deal happen.
Fiorentina have told the Giallorossi that they want Italy international midfielder Florenzi as part of the exchange deal.
That would help lower the €50m asking price for Cuadrado.
