Sky Sport Italia claim ex-Chelsea full-back Ashley Cole is ready to sign a two-year contract with Roma.
The 33-year-old England international is a free agent after his deal expired at Stamford Bridge.
Despite receiving offers from Monaco and MLS clubs, it’s widely reported he has agreed terms for a Serie A experience.
The Daily Mail had already stated Cole would be flying out to Italy this weekend for advanced negotiations.
According to Sky Sport Italia, those proved successful and he’s ready to sign a two-year contract with an option for a third.
