Italian and Spanish media report Juventus have agreed a €22m deal with Real Madrid for Alvaro Morata.

The negotiations have been on-going for several weeks, but this evening As and the Corriere dello Sport both claim there’s a breakthrough.

It is believed Juve will sign Morata for €22m (including add-ons), but that Real Madrid will have a buy-back option worth €30-€33m.

He is due to sign a four-year contract with the option for a fifth, paying wages of €2.2m net per season.

It’s reported Morata rejected offers from Borussia Dortmund, Inter, Liverpool, Villarreal, Arsenal, Oporto and Wolfsburg to accept the Juventus move.

Similarly, Juve went all in for Morata at the same time as Alexis Sanchez seems to be on the verge of joining Arsenal.

The completion of that transfer is expected to come through tomorrow for £30m (€37.7m).
