Adriano Galliani updated reporters on Sime Vrsaljko, Alessio Cerci, Mbaye Niang, Robinho and Cristian Zaccardo.

Milan’s joint CEO spoke to SportMediaset outside the Giannino restaurant in the city, giving a rundown on various transfer stories.

“Vrsaljko will not arrive from Genoa, while Zaccardo has several offers, but none of them satisfy his requirements so far.

“Niang will stay, because Pippo Inzaghi considers him capable of covering different tactical positions.

“If I could sign a player from the World Cup, it would be Jackson Martinez of Colombia. Cerci? Who knows…”

Today Torino President Urbano Cairo warned Cerci against pushing for a move to Milan, pointing out the Granata would be in Europe rather than the Rossoneri this season.

Galliani also confirmed Robinho is eager to join Ricky Kaka at MLS club Orlando City.

“He has his heart set on a particular city and we are trying to make him happy.”

Meanwhile, it's reported Valencia have now accepted Milan's offer for Adil Rami thanks to the defender putting in €0.5m from his own pocket, so the move will be formalised tomorrow.
