Romulo’s agent has revealed that he will speak with Verona on Tuesday and discuss his client’s future.
The midfielder has been heavily linked with a switch away from Andrea Mandorlini’s side this summer, with Fiorentina, Milan and Juventus all thought to be interested in his services.
But the Brazil-born player’s representative has insisted that they have to talk with the Gialloblu before any decision is made.
“I haven’t spoken with anyone this week,” Alex Firmino told MilanNews. “Tomorrow I will talk with [Verona director Sean] Sogliano.
“We’ll have to see what he says.
“Are we interested in Milan? I don’t know about that. I am looking forward to meeting with Verona and seeing what happens.
“The club will decide what he’s worth, and then we’ll go from there.”
