The Seahorses earned promotion to Serie A via the play-offs last month and will step into the top flight along with Palermo and Empoli.
“My objective is to reach 40 points as soon as possible, but I’d also like to do a little more on top of that,” said Bisoli.
“I am happy with the squad at my disposal, as the defence and midfield are complete. We need another striker, though.
“I will change tactics often, just as I did last season, because versatility is our strength. The important thing will be a sense of unity and everyone rowing in the same direction.”
