Rafa Benitez has welcomed new signings Kalidou Koulibaly and Michu to Napoli, and believes the pair can help the club grow.
The central defender and the striker have signed for the Partenopei this summer from Genk and Swansea respectively, and the Coach has insisted that the duo can make their mark this upcoming campaign.
“As I have not yet done so, basically because of these first intense days of pre-season and the little time we have, I would like to take this opportunity to welcome our two signings of the season up until now,” Benitez said via his official website.
“To Kalidou Koulibaly and Michu who have come to help us continue to grow and get as close as possible to our objectives.
“They both know a little bit about the club and the city but they still have things to discover.
“Naples is a very beautiful city and the club is pure history with unconditional and committed fans behind it.
“As I have said, welcome and Forza Napoli Sempre.”
