Sampdoria have confirmed the signing of Spain Under-21-capped midfielder Jose Campana from Crystal Palace.
The 21-year-old only moved from Sevilla to the London club last summer, but a difficult opening six months saw him end last season on loan at Nurnberg.
Now, Samp have confirmed they have picked up the player, although details on transfer fee and length of contract are not offered.
“Sampdoria announces that it has acquired outright from Crystal Palace the sporting rights of player Jose Angel Gomez Campana,” the Blucerchiati’s statement released on their website reads.
It is understood that Samp have agreed a deal with Palace worth around £1.4m, €1.8m.
