And the board member at San Siro has confirmed that they are in talks with the Welsh side for their midfielder.
“We are in talks with Cardiff for Medel,” he told El Grafico. “And negotiations are very advanced.
“Medel is a player that we like, but he is not an Inter player yet because talks aren’t finished yet.”
Inter are expected to pay Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s men €7m plus €2m in bonuses.
