Parma’s latest appeal against their Europa League exclusion in favour of Torino has been rejected.

There were some outstanding payments and the Europa League preliminary round place was handed to Torino instead.
Parma have seen several appeals turned down, including today’s legal action in front of the Consiglio di Stato.
