Torino held by Teramo

Antonio Nocerino was on target, but Torino could only muster a 1-1 draw with Teramo.

The Granata started pre-season training before any other Serie A club, as they will take part in the Europa League preliminary round against Brommapojkarna on Thursday.

There were not very positive signs for Coach Giampiero Ventura this afternoon, as his men were held to a 1-1 draw by Lega Pro side Teramo.

Pontus Jansson brought down Alfredo Donnarumma, who converted the resulting penalty to put Teramo in front.

Nocerino, on loan from Milan, drew level by getting on the end of a Cesare Bovo corner.

Josef Martinez and Marcelo Larrondo failed to make the most of an Omar El Kaddouri assist, while Fabio Quagliarella received a run-out in the second half.

Torino: Padelli (A Gomis 46); Bovo (Cinaglia 46), Jansson, Moretti (Gaston Silva 46); Vesovic, Nocerino (Benassi 46), Vives (Ruben Perez 46), El Kaddouri (Gazzi 46), Molinaro (Chiosa 46); Larrondo (Barreto 46), Martinez (Quagliarella 46)
