Mikael Antonsson has officially left Bologna to sign for former club Copenhagen, it has been confirmed.
The 33-year-old spent three seasons at Renato Dell’Ara, playing 77 League games in the process.
But after relegation to Serie B last term, the defender has decided to leave the club and re-join the Danish champions.
“It's a great feeling to be back at FC and in Copenhagen," Antonsson said in statement.
“It's like coming home and obviously that was what I wanted most after my time in Italy.”
