Gazzetta dello Sport believe they have uncovered an unusual bonus in Davide Astori’s Roma contract.
The defender completed his move from Cagliari to the capital outfit last week, signing on an initial one-year loan with the option to join outright after that.
And the pink paper have claimed this afternoon that Rudi Garcia’s men will reward the 27-year-old to the tune of over €1.5m if he has an exemplary disciplinary record.
Astori will get €1.65m from the Giallorossi should he fail to receive a red card and not cross a certain number of yellow cards in his first season with the club.
