Inter are reportedly in talks with Southampton over sending them Ezequiel Schelotto on an initial loan, as well as Saphir Taider.
As part of negotiations for Dani Osvaldo’s move in the opposite direction, the Premier League side have been seen as closing in on an initial loan deal for Algeria international Taider.
Whilst talks for the former are seen as complete and negotiations over the latter remain in the balance, the Gazzetta dello Sport indicate that the two clubs are also discussing a third loan-and-purchase-option agreement for Schelotto.
The Italy-capped winger is reportedly open to the move to the Premier League side and terms are reportedly close to being agreed on an initial season long loan, with a purchase option of €5m in place.
It is believed that Taider and Schelotto’s potential moves to Southampton do not affect whether or not Osvaldo’s imminent deal can be formalised.
