Dani Osvaldo is set to join Inter with Saphir Taider and Ezequiel Schelotto to Southampton, but perhaps also Hugo Campagnaro.
According to Sky Sport Italia, Osvaldo has been ready for the move for several days, but had to wait for Algeria international Taider to agree terms with the Saints.
That has now happened and Taider is due in England on Tuesday for a medical, after tonight’s International Champions Cup tie against Roma in Philadelphia.
Osvaldo should fly in on Sunday or Monday for his medical, then sign the loan deal with option to buy at the end of the season for €7m.
It’s reported Inter have been discussing another two loans with Southampton boss Ronald Koeman this week.
Schelotto is expected to make the move after spells at Parma and Sassuolo last season.
However, Sky Sport Italia are now suggesting Argentina international defender Campagnaro will also join the Saints.
The 34-year-old ex-Napoli centre-back is only under contract until June 2015 and negotiations for an extension have been troubled.
