The agent of Diego Lugano has confirmed his client will be joining Genoa either tonight or tomorrow morning.
The Uruguayan, who captained his country at this summer’s World Cup in Brazil, is currently a free agent after his departure from English side West Bromwich Albion at the end of last season.
“I think that between this evening and tomorrow morning we can close the deal,” Alexander Garini told PianetaGenoa1893.net.
“We need to come to an agreement between Genoa’s offer and my client’s requests.”
The Rossoblu are currently busy in the transfer market, with Maurico Pinilla having this afternoon confirmed he has signed for the club.
