Allegri: Vidal's going nowhere

Massimiliano Allegri has once again insisted that Arturo Vidal is not leaving Juventus.

The Chile international has been heavily linked with a move away from the Bianconeri this summer, with Manchester United thought to be the most interested party.

But the new Coach has claimed that the midfielder will be a key part of his team for the upcoming campaign.

“Vidal? He’s not going anywhere,” Allegri told reporters in Singapore.

The tactician then went on to comment on the club’s friendly in Asia and his aims for the new season.

“This is an important test for our preparations. All matches are different and need to be faced in the right way.

“I still haven’t decided my starting XI but I want everyone to get playing time under their belts on Saturday.

“Singapore's new stadium is wonderful and futuristic.

“Everyone here is aiming to win a fourth consecutive Scudetto and do as best we can in the Champions League.”
