“At this moment of the season the choices are dictated by fitness levels,” Pecchia told Sky Sport Italia.
“Many returned from the World Cup and we have to take that into account.
“Getting through this play-off is an important objective for everyone and we have to face it with the right focus against an important team with quality technique.
“We do have a disadvantage compared to Athletic, as they have been preparing for this game for a long time, but I think with the help of the fans we can put in a top level performance.”
