Roma midfielder Salih Ucan has praised the Giallorossi fans after they drew 3-3 with Fenerbahce on Tuesday evening.
The capital club were involved in a thrilling friendly against the Turkish outfit at Stadio Olimpico last night.
And the youngster, who played for the Istanbul outfit last season, admitted it was great to play against old friends, and had words of admiration for the Lupi faithful.
“I got to play against some of my oldest friends,” he told reporters. “It was a really nice moment for me.
“The fans have been amazing. It was great to finally see them in the stadium – and they didn’t disappoint.”
The 20-year-old then commented on Coach Rudi Garcia and who has helped him in Rome.
“The Coach is giving me a lot of advice. He speaks well and everyone at this club has a lot of respect for him.
“I’m getting on really well with Emanuelson. We’re new, so we’re helping each other.”
