According to Sky Sport Italia, the new target is Belgian 22-year-old Lestienne.
His contract runs until June 2017, but Club Brugge would be prepared to release him on loan with an option to buy.
Lestienne is an Under-21 international who has not yet made the step up to the senior squad.
