Genoa boss Gian Piero Gasperini says his defence and midfield are well set, but ideally he’d like another forward.
The Luigi Ferraris outfit’s most high profile signing this summer has been Chilean striker Mauricio Pinilla, while Alessandro Matri has also joined.
“If Preziosi wanted to give me a present I’d ask him for another forward,” Gasperini said at a Press conference. “In defence and midfield we are fine in terms of numbers.”
Genoa beat their Primavera team 9-0 in a friendly this evening.
“It as a good workout which saw more or less everything come together,” the Coach reacted. “I saw a good dynamic to our play and quality.”
