Reports are intensifying that Juventus will approach Arsenal for their versatile German forward Lukas Podolski.
The rumours first emerged on Sky Sport Italia on Friday and are gathering momentum.
The World Cup winner has been in London for two seasons and it’s reported the deal would be surprisingly affordable.
It is now suggested Juve will send over a delegation at the start of next week to discuss the situation with Arsenal.
However, they could well face competition from Bundesliga side Wolfsburg.
The 29-year-old can play in several different attacking positions and last term scored 12 goals in 27 competitive games for Arsenal.
He moved from FC Koln to the Gunners in July 2012 for €12m.
