Udinese told Milan, Napoli and Fiorentina to forget Luis Muriel. “He’s not on the market, but maybe next year.”
The Colombian striker has been linked with a move away from the Stadio Friuli in recent days, as Milan seek a replacement for Mario Balotelli.
“We will not be selling Muriel, as he is not on the market,” Udinese director of sport Cristiano Giaretta told Radio Crc.
“It’s all rumours, because we will not sell our prize players in the last week of the transfer market.
“We are relying on Muriel, but he still needs to show his full potential. For now we don’t intend to sell, but he’ll be ready for a big club next year.”
