Turkish official Cuneyt Cakir will take charge of Napoli’s Champions League Play-off round second leg clash with Athletic Bilbao.

Rafa Benitez’s men head out to Spain on Wednesday in need of a score draw of 2-2 or higher, or a win, to book passage to the group stages of the UEFA competition.

Taking charge of proceedings will be Turkish official and Champions League regular Cuneyt Cakir.

Cakir debuted in the Champions League preliminary rounds 11 years ago and has been a regular in the competition proper since 2010.

He will be assisted by regular linesmen Bahattin Duran and Tarik Ongun, whilst Cem Satman will be fourth official.

Cakir officiated the 2014 World Cup semi-final between the Netherlands and Argentina, and was fourth official for the 2014 Champions League Final between Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid.

He will be familiar to Napoli, having refereed their group stage match with Marseille during last season.
