Espanyol confirmed that a bid from an unnamed club has arrived for the 24-year-old and on from the wide belief this was Napoli, Sport are reporting an agreement for Lopez’s transfer has now been reached.
The Catalan publication says that the Italians will pay an initial fee of €5.3m for the midfielder, with a further €500,000 due for if the player reaches 50 appearances and another €500,000 due if Napoli win the Scudetto.
