Jose Mourinho has remained coy on Fernando Torres’ future, admitting that he is yet to speak with the striker.
The Spanish goalscorer has been heavily linked with a move to Milan before the transfer window shuts on Monday.
But the Portuguese tactician has insisted that he hasn’t spoken with the 30-year-old about his future.
“He didn't speak with me. We need three strikers to face the season. He is one of them. I like him,” Mourinho told reporters.
“If he wants to leave, I believe it is because he wants to try a new life. Probably a new League.”
