Sky Sport Italia are reporting that Fernando Torres will complete a move to Milan on Saturday.
Milan Channel revealed earlier this afternoon that the Spain international had been granted permission by Chelsea to have a medical with the Rossoneri.
And Sky have confirmed that the goalscorer has come to an agreement with the San Siro outfit, and is on the verge of joining on a two-year deal.
The station reports that Torres will fly into the city tomorrow morning, before going straight to Milanello.
He will then be assessed by medics, before completing what is likely to be a two-year deal, with the option of a third.
The 30-year-old will be charged with leading the Milan forward line in place of Mario Balotelli, who made the switch to Liverpool earlier this week.
