Milan Channel confirm Chelsea midfielder Marco van Ginkel has accepted a loan move to Milan.
The Dutchman had been resistant, as he wanted to fight for a place at Stamford Bridge after last season was ruined by injury.
However, Van Ginkel has now agreed to the one-year loan with no option to buy.
He is expected to fly in tonight for his medical and to sign the contract.
It had earlier been reported Fernando Torres personally called Van Ginkel to urge him to make the move after completing his own Milan medical.
Torres arrived on a two-year loan, which will see him through to the end of his Chelsea contract in June 2016.
