Palermo have completed the signing of Bari striker Joao Silva, despite missing the transfer deadline by 33 seconds.
The Rosanero had agreed a deal with the Serie B outfit for their forward late on Monday evening, but the paperwork for the move was only handed in to the League authorities after the 23.00 deadline.
However, after lodging an appeal with the League, the Sicilian side have won, and have announced the signing of the 24-year-old.
