“There has already been too much talk about my contract,” the 30-year-old told reporters after a question on the deal that expires at the end of this season.
“As far as I am concerned, I am fully available to discuss it. For the moment we’ve only had one meeting, as the club had other issues to deal with.
“The situation is clear, they know what I want.”
Tomorrow evening Fiorentina begin their Europa League campaign against Guingamp and aim to improve on last year’s Round of 16.
