There are reports Napoli want Vincenzo Montella to replace Rafa Benitez in 2015, with Fiorentina hiring Eusebio Di Francesco.

The managerial merry-go-round is already in full swing, even though the 2014-15 campaign has only just started.

According to Sportmediaset, Montella is the number one choice to replace Benitez when his contract expires in June 2015.

It would be an emotional moment for Montella, as Napoli are his hometown club, but he never got to play for the Partenopei.

There is a problem, as Montella’s contract with Fiorentina runs until 2016, but it’s believed he would be released early by the Della Valle brothers.

In turn, Fiorentina would bring in Di Francesco from Sassuolo thanks to his attacking style of football and 4-3-3 system.

All of these moves could only take place from next summer, as under Italian rules a Coach cannot work for more than one club in a single season.
