The 19-year-old lost control of his Lamborghini Gallardo and came into contact with roadside barriers around 4am on Monday morning.
Whilst pictures highlighted significant damage sustained to the vehicle, the player was able to walk away unscathed.
“The guy’s ok and hasn’t suffered any injury,” Uilsse Savini has told Tuttomercatoweb since.
“I just wanted to stress the fact that the crash was just due to his inexperience at the wheel. There isn’t any other reason. It was just a massive fright.
“We wanted to thank every true Lazio fan that showed concern about the player’s health.
“We hope that soon we’re going to share with them and the club the footballing joys to which Keita has accustomed us to.”
