“Mr Fabio Cannavaro and Miss Daniela Arenoso desire specify that charges made against them by Public Prosecutor in Naples, that is so important for today's Italian press, only regards the tax regime of a company that dealt with rental of pleasure boats, represented by Miss Arenoso.
“In particular, on this matter, has been underway for several years, an important litigation that hasn’t been completed yet, in which was represented the substantial debatable Relief Revenue Agency.
“Anyway, the Cannavaro couple are sure of their correct tax position and they have instructed their lawyers to provide any necessary clarification to the Judicial Authority and contesting soonest the seizure measure carried out today.”
