Juventus could move for Fiorentina’s on-loan Manchester City right-back Micah Richards, according to reports.

Richards moved to La Viola in the summer on a season-long loan, and has made two Serie A appearances for them so far this term.

However, Calciomercato.com reports that Serie A Champions Juventus could come in for the 26-year-old in the summer, should Stephan Lichtsteiner not agree a new deal and instead move on.

The Switzerland international’s contract expires at the end of the season, and the website believes the former Lazio” data-scaytid=”9″>Lazio man is keen to move to England.

This would leave Juventus with a hole at right-back, and its thought Richards could be the man to plug the gap.

Calciomercato.com states that Richards would be offered terms very similar to what he earns with Manchester City, as the Bianconeri wouldn’t have to pay a fee for the player, as his contract also expires in the summer.

Fiorentina, however, could look to scupper any such move by making Richards’ loan permanent in January.
