Sampdoria have officially extended their contract with director of sport Carlo Osti to June 2018.
The club announced the decision ahead of tonight’s Serie A showdown against Napoli.
“I thank the President, lawyer Antonio Romei and all Sampdoria’s collaborators,” said Osti.
“I am tied to them by a rapport that is not exclusively professional and from June to today we have worked to give strength to the club, our Coach Sinisa Mihajlovic, the team and our youth academy.

Osti’s contract had been due to expire at the end of the season.
