Napoli are without Michu, Juan Camilo Zuniga and Lorenzo Insigne on long-term issues, but Higuain is supported by De Guzman, Jose Callejon and Marek Hamsik, dropping Dries Mertens and Jorginho.

Duvan Zapata is ready to come off the bench, having scored three goals in his last four appearances.
