Juventus could be ready to resurrect a deal for Galatasaray playmaker Wesley Sneijder, according to reports.

The Bianconeri were involved in a protracted transfer saga over the Dutchman, but were believed to have pulled out of any potential deal, with the Turkish side asking €20m and the player’s agent declaring he was happy in Istanbul.

However, Sportmediaset believes that Juve Coach Massimiliano Allegri has identified Sneijder as the player he wants, so the Turin club’s hierarchy will attempt to re-open negotiations.

Mediaset claims that the Old Lady will speak to the former Inter man’s agent in the coming days to see if there is any possibility of a deal.

The news outlet also links Juventus with Milan’s Giampaolo Pazzini. The striker has been out of favour with the Rossoneri this term, and his deal expires in the summer.

It’s believed that Juve will attempt to convince Milan to sell in January, but are willing to wait until the summer to acquire the player for free.
