Rafa Benitez said Napoli have “the right mentality,” but qualification isn’t secure after beating Dinamo Moscow 3-1.

The Russians had taken a shock lead within 120 seconds at the Stadio San Paolo, ending a Europa League record of five consecutive clean sheets.

However, Gonzalo Higuain’s hat-trick turned it around for a 3-1 first leg win.

“We also tried to get the fourth goal and I liked the team’s reaction after going a goal down. This is the right mentality,” the Coach told Mediaset Premium.

Until now, Dinamo Moscow had been unbeaten in Europe this season with nine wins and three draws.

“We have made an important step forward, but it won’t be easy in Russia. We will have to work very hard for this qualification.

“Higuain is very important for us, but the whole team played well tonight. All the lads allowed Gonzalo to score three goals this evening.”
