Joaquin said he has “no reason to leave Fiorentina” as they target a Champions League spot.
The winger spoke to Cadena Cope in Spain about his present and future in Serie A.
“Will I return to Spain? I have a contract for another season with Fiorentina have no reason to leave,” said Joaquin.
“It is a marvellous city and my family is very happy here. We want to qualify for the Champions League.
“It’ll be a fight to the end with Roma, Lazio, Napoli and Sampdoria, but we really believe in our chances.

The Viola are in sixth place on 46 points, but only six points adrift of Lazio in third.
