The Portuguese defender scored a goal in tonight’s Euro 2016 qualifier against Serbia, but then hobbled off after just 16 minutes.

It appears to be a muscular problem and more tests will be needed to check the extent of the injury.

The first leg of the Champions League quarter-final is Juventus v Monaco on April 14, then the decider is on April 22.
