The Lega Serie A has released the disciplinary sanctions for Week 30, with Diego Novaretti’s suspension confirmed.

The defender was sent off in the 4-0 win over Empoli on Sunday, and broke his finger after punching protective glass in frustration.

The former indiscretion has seen him suspended for one match, alongside Giuseppe Biava of Atalanta and Sassuolo’s Simone Missiroli who were also sent off.

Inter midfielders Marcelo Brozovic and Fredy Guarin will also sit out the next round of fixtures, after picking up a fourth yellow card of the season.

Also crossing that disciplinary threshold are Carlos Carbonero of Cesena, Lazio’s Pedro Cavanda, Roma players Kostas Manolas and Daniele De Rossi, Cagliari midfielder Lorenzo Crisetig, Guilherme of Udinese, Atalanta’s Luca Cigarini, Omar El Kaddouri of Torino, Juventus defender Angelo Ogbonna and Napoli’s David Lopez.

Lazio were fined €15,000 after discriminatory chants about regional origin were heard twice in their match, while Parma will pay €3,000 after a plastic bottle was thrown onto the pitch.
