It’s reported Thai investor Bee Taechaubol will buy into Milan on April 26 to eventually secure 65 per cent.
Known colloquially as ‘Mr Bee,’ he has long been linked with the club currently owned by President Silvio Berlusconi.
Sky Sport Italia claim there is already a preliminary deal in place signed in March, evaluating the club at €1.2bn.
He is expected to fly in on Sunday and will be in Milan for four days, during which he will make the buy-out official.
Initially this will only be for 20 per cent, but it includes a clause pledging to buy another 40 per cent within the next 12 months.
Therefore for the start of the 2016-17 season Mr Bee would become the majority shareholder.
It is also reported that if Berlusconi were to change his mind, he would have to pay a multi-million Euro fine.
