Bee Taechaboul has returned to Milan, and is expected to meet with Rossoneri President Silvio Berlusconi at Arcore.
The Thai investor, commonly known as Mr Bee, caused a stir by leaving the country yesterday, indicating that the meeting may have been cancelled.
However, the property tycoon is once again in Italy, and a meeting over the sale of the club is now expected to go ahead.
It’s believed that Mr Bee’s initial bid will be for 51 per cent of the shares, with Berlusconi staying on as honorary President according to Sky.
In addition, Barbara Berlusconi and Adriano Galliani will retain their positions as joint-CEOs, with Paolo Maldini coming in as sporting director.
Meanwhile, Fedele Confalonieri, President of Mediaset, which is owned by Berlusconi has appeared to confirm Mr Bee’s bid.
“It’s true, China and Thailand are the economic future.” MilanNews reports Confalonieri as telling journalists.
