Carlo Ancelotti had another meeting with Milan CEO Adriano Galliani today, but it lasted only an hour.
The former Real Madrid Coach arrived for the fourth encounter in three days, this time held at the Wellington Hotel in Madrid.
Ancelotti was spotted by reporters on his way in and left again an hour later.
“I’m relaxed, these are relaxing days,” commented the tactician.
Galliani said he would “not give up” trying to bring the Coach back to his former club, but there is still no firm response.
There will be another meeting tomorrow at 11.00 UK time (10.00 GMT), as confirmed by Milan Channel - the club's official television station.
Ancelotti is adamant he wants to take a year off after his shock dismissal.
A decision is expected before Friday, as Ancelotti is due to fly out to Vancouver with his wife on vacation.
