Massimo Ferrero says Coach Sinisa Mihajlovic can take Sampdoria's players to Napoli 'for the right money'.

The current Doria Coach's departure to the Partenopei seems increasingly likely, with the club President reiterating his previous hints that Mihajlovic could leave.

“Look at that, my friend [Napoli President Aurelio] De Laurentiis announced the departure of [Coach Rafa] Benitez,” he told the Corriere della Sera.

“But I don't know who their next Coach is going to be. For now, Sinisa Mihajlovic hasn't said anything to me.

“If he went to Napoli, he'd find a different world. Here he can do what he wants, but there the supporters are a tough crowd, who want results immediately.

“But I don't think he'll go to Napoli, rather to Milan, as [joint-CEO Adriano] Galliani liked him very much.”

It's been hinted that Mihajlovic could gut Sampdoria's squad on his way out, but Ferrero seemed unconcerned.

“He has a great liking for [Lorenzo] De Silvestri, [Pedro] Obiang and [Roberto] Soriano. If Aurelio puts in the right money, he can take all three of them to Napoli.”
